This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Social Media

Maria Todosiychuk informs the User that events, promotions and other types of commercial information may be published via its social media sites, by inviting the User to become a “friend” or a “follower” of Maria Todosiychuk on these sites, the User gives their consent to receive this information through that site. Psychometric Assessment Providers

In cases when a Client orders services related to assessing Data Processor’s Client’s employees under Maria Todosiychuk’s contracts with professional and well-established assessment providers, the following data may be collected and processed for the purposes of an intercultural training solely:

  • Identifying Information – name
  • Contact Information – email address, phone number
  • Professional Information – Job Title, job location
  • Ethnicity Information – nationality, race
  • Physical Characteristics – age, gender
  • Religion, sexual orientation, education level
  • Behavioural Information – psychometric data, attitudinal data, 360° feedback (from self, senior colleagues, peers, direct reports)


Where you have contacted Maria Todosiychuk using her Contact form or by sending a direct email, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

  • to access your personal information and to be informed about its use 
  • to correct your personal information
  • to have your personal information deleted, to restrict the use of your personal information and to object to the use of your personal information, but only in certain cases. For example, your Data Controller will be entitled to retain and use it where they have been contracted to provide certain services.

Data Breach Notification

The Data Controller acts in accordance with Article 33 of GDPR 2016/679.

Your personal information is secured using appropriate technical and organizational measures such as storing your personal information on secure servers, encrypting transfers of data to or from our servers.


1. In the case of data being provided for the sending of commercial information, it may be retained indefinitely for this purpose, unless the User does not give his or her consent to it being used for this purpose or revokes their consent.

2. In the case of requests for information or complaints, data will be retained for as long as is required in order to respond to the request or process the complaint. After this, it will be saved for record-keeping purposes, except where a User requests the deletion of this data via the email address provided above.

3. In the case that data is provided for the provision of services, it will be retained for as long as is required to deliver the service, and, beyond this, for as long as is necessary to fulfil legal requirements.

The User agrees to the collection and usage of data provided when navigating the site, or via any type of form as specified above.

Regarding data collected, the User is entitled to exercise his or her rights according to existing data protection regulations, in particular regarding access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, providing they are legally applicable. To exercise these rights, the User must send a written, signed document, detailing the nature of the request, accompanied by a photocopy of the interested party’s Identity Document, to the address provided at the beginning of this Privacy Statement.

The Data Processor promises to only use the data provided for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, respecting the confidentiality of this information at all times, and taking all the necessary measures to ensure the security of the data, avoiding any unauthorized alteration, loss, usage or access, in line with data protection regulations currently in force.

The User has sole responsibility for ensuring that the data provided either via the website or via social media sites is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and accepts full liability for any inaccurate data provided.


The Data Processor can make changes to this Privacy Statement from time to time. We will identify the changes we have made on this page. In circumstances where a change will materially change the way in which we collect or use your personal information or data, we will send a notice of this change to all of our account holders.
