Maria Todosiychuk informs the User that events, promotions and other types of commercial information may be published via its social media sites, by inviting the User to become a “friend” or a “follower” of Maria Todosiychuk on these sites, the User gives their consent to receive this information through that site. In cases when a Client orders services related to assessing Data Processor’s Client’s employees under Maria Todosiychuk’s contracts with professional and well-established assessment providers, the following data may be collected and processed for the purposes of an intercultural training solely:

  • Identifying Information – name
  • Contact Information – email address, phone number
  • Professional Information – Job Title, job location
  • Ethnicity Information – nationality, race
  • Physical Characteristics – age, gender
  • Religion, sexual orientation, education level
  • Behavioural Information – psychometric data, attitudinal data, 360° feedback (from self, senior colleagues, peers, direct reports)

ACCESS/ CORRECTION TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where you have contacted Maria Todosiychuk using her Contact form or by sending a direct email, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

  • to access your personal information and to be informed about its use 
  • to correct your personal information
  • to have your personal information deleted, to restrict the use of your personal information and to object to the use of your personal information, but only in certain cases. For example, your Data Controller will be entitled to retain and use it where they have been contracted to provide certain services.

HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION RETAINED

After this, it will be saved for record-keeping purposes, except where a User requests the deletion of this data via the email address provided above.

3. In the case that data is provided for the provision of services, it will be retained for as long as is required to deliver the service, and, beyond this, for as long as is necessary to fulfil legal requirements.

The User agrees to the collection and usage of data provided when navigating the site, or via any type of form as specified above.

Regarding data collected, the User is entitled to exercise his or her rights according to existing data protection regulations, in particular regarding access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, providing they are legally applicable.
